Areas of Practice
Mark Miller is a commercial real estate and business attorney. His commercial real estate practice encompasses representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, purchasers and sellers in the transfer of real estate, and lenders and borrowers in loan transactions. Mark also has experience representing land owners in leasing their properties for solar farm projects. In his business practice, he represents business owners in a variety of matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, and stock and asset purchases. His clients include retail shopping center developers, real estate investors and real estate investment trusts. Mark is rated AV® Preeminent, the highest rating issued by Martindale-Hubbell.

Off the Clock
Mark and his wife, Ashley, are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Sunny and Campbell. An avid athlete, Mark enjoys the outdoors and playing as much squash, basketball and golf as he can in an effort to stay somewhat fit. His other favorite pass-times are reading, live music and travel.
