Spotts Fain Welcomes Kasey Hoare

Spotts Fain is pleased to announce that Kasey Hoare has joined the firm as an associate in its Litigation section. Kasey previously had the honor of serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Beverly W. Snukals for the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond. She received her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law.
