Kasey Michelle is a partner in the litigation section of the firm. She represents clients in commercial and business litigation in Virginia's state and federal courts. Kasey focuses her practice primarily on employment law, advising corporate clients on employee misconduct and dispute resolution, revising employment policies and employee handbooks, drafting employment and separation agreements, and defending against proceedings initiated by government agencies. Prior to joining the firm, she had the honor of serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Beverly W. Snukals for the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond.
Kasey graduated from Richmond School of Law in 2017, where she was President of Richmond Women's Law, Managing Editor of the Richmond Public Interest Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society.

Kasey grew up just outside Annapolis, Maryland, and earned her undergraduate degree from Denison University, with a major in French and minor in Educational Studies. Prior to attending law school, Kasey spent a year teaching English in Paris, France. She enjoys French language and culture.
