Products Liability

Our Products Liability group is experienced in representing product manufacturers, sellers, and suppliers, ranging from small companies to large, multinational corporations. Our representation emphasizes efficient and cost-effective management of litigation and, where appropriate, litigation avoidance. We defend our clients in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and property damage in state and federal courts throughout the United States. We also routinely serve as local counsel in Virginia state and federal courts. In addition, we advise and represent clients on issues related to products liability such as insurance coverage indemnity, successor liability, and coordination of discovery.
