Billy Mauck Honored by Virginia Lawyers Weekly for Inclusion in the Class of 2025 Hall of Fame

Spotts Fain is pleased to announce that Virginia Lawyers Weekly has named Senior Counsel attorney Billy Mauck as Class of 2025 Hall of Fame member. This honor is reserved for attorneys who have practiced law for more than 30 years and have made a lasting mark on the legal profession. Criteria for selection include career accomplishments, contributions to the legal profession, contributions to the development of the law, contributions to the Bar and efforts to increase access to justice.
We are delighted that Virginia Lawyers Weekly has selected Billy for this honor. Billy is an experienced commercial litigator with 35 years of experience representing clients in the construction industry. His experience covers a wide range of construction issues, including claims for delay and inefficiency, performance and payment bond claims, filing, enforcing or defending mechanic's liens, design-related issues, and defective construction materials.
In addition to representing clients, Billy is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association's Construction Industry Roster of Neutrals and regularly hears and decides cases involving construction-related disputes. Billy is a Best Lawyers in America- Lawyer of the Year for Construction Law, a Virginia Business Magazine Legal Elite for Construction Law, a Virginia Super Lawyer for Construction Litigation, and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
