Spotts Fain Welcomes Nancy Simpson

Spotts Fain is pleased to announce that Nancy Y. Simpson has joined the firm's Litigation section, representing clients in commercial and business litigation.

Before joining Spotts Fain, Nancy served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Chesterfield County in the Juvenile & Domestic Relations office. She prosecuted cases involving domestic violence, sexual assault, crimes against children, and crimes involving juvenile defendants. She also had the honor of serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Steven C. McCallum of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit.

Nancy is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. Government, May 2016) and the University of Richmond School of Law (J.D., 2021).
