Spotts Fain Welcomes Martin Williams

Spotts Fain is pleased to announce that W. Martin Williams has joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate section. Martin counsels clients in a variety of areas, including real estate, general corporate and business transactions, creditor’s rights and litigation. He works closely with individual and corporate clients to provide a broad range of legal services, including, the purchase, sale and leasing of real property, lease disputes, real estate finance and development, and easements. He also routinely represents clients in matters before Virginia state and federal courts.

Martin received his JD from The College of William and Mary Marshall Wythe Law School and earned his MBA from the University of Richmond Robins School of Business. He earned his BA from Randolph-Macon, where he played football.
