Spotts Fain Welcomes Karl Moses

Spotts Fain is pleased to announce that Karl Moses has joined the firm as an associate in its Creditors' Rights, Bankruptcy, and Insolvency section. Karl has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. He received his law degree from George Mason University Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of International Commercial Law.
