Spotts Fain Elects Dana McDaniel as Managing Partner
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, March 22, 2016 - Spotts Fain PC announced today that Shareholder Dana D. McDaniel has been elected Managing Director of the firm, effective March 21, 2016. Mr. McDaniel has been a Shareholder at the firm since 2004. His practice focuses on intellectual property and information technology litigation and transactions. He previously chaired the firm’s Litigation practice, and he is head of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology section.
Mr. McDaniel will succeed Hugh M. Fain, III, who has served as Spotts Fain’s Managing Director since 1999. Mr. Fain said, “I am excited to pass the torch to my friend and partner Dana McDaniel.
