Katona Elected Director of Spotts Fain

Spotts Fain is pleased to announce that Spencer Katona has been elected Director of the firm.

Spencer Katona's practice focuses on lending and financing transactions, commercial real estate services, corporate and business transactions, and land use and development. He received his J.D. in 2012 from The College of William and Mary's Marshall-Wythe School of Law.
