Jen West Appointed to Richmond Panel of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees

Spotts Fain is proud to announce that Jen West has been appointed to the Panel of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division.

In this capacity, Jen will be responsible for the assessment and management of Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. She will work closely with both creditors and debtors to administer Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.

"Jen's experience in bankruptcy and working with other Chapter 7 trustees make her a great fit for service on this Panel.
