Erbach and Yanovitch Elected Directors of Spotts Fain

We are pleased to announce that John M. Erbach and Matthew Yanovitch have been elected directors of the firm.

John served as law clerk to the Honorable Henry E. Hudson, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia. Previously, John served as law clerk to the Honorable Dennis W. Dohnal and the Honorable David J. Novak, U.S. Magistrate Judges for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is a business litigator who has represented businesses in a wide range of areas, including patent, trademark, employment, and commercial litigation. His practice has a special emphasis on federal courts.

Matt joined Spotts Fain in 2008 following his judicial clerkship with the Honorable William D. Hamblen of the Thirty-First Judicial Circuit of Virginia. Matt's primary areas of practice are health care law, estate and probate law, and commercial and fiduciary litigation.
