Employment Attorney Dave Dabbs Joins Spotts Fain

Spotts Fain is pleased to announce that employment attorney Dave Dabbs has joined the firm as Senior Counsel. Dave has been practicing emploment law for over 25 years. He represents employers in all aspects of employment law but has particular experience in wage and hour law, ADA and FMLA compliance, employee benefits litigation, and discrimination claims. Dave also handles more general employment matters such as applications, contracts, covenants, handbooks, policies, terminations, and releases.
