Parham Elected Director of Spotts Fain

Spotts Fain is pleased to announce that Jennifer R. Parham has been elected Director of the firm. Parham is a member of the firm's Commercial Real Estate team. She represents clients in a variety of real estate transactional matters including commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements, leases of all kinds, bank financing, and restrictive covenants and easement agreements.
