Brian Chase and Eddie Bagnell Elected Shareholders

Spotts Fain is proud to announce that Brian Chase and Eddie Bagnell have been elected Shareholders of the firm.

Brian Chase's practice focuses on a diverse range of commercial real estate, corporate, and lending transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and financing of multifamily and mixed use assets. He joined the firm in 2005 after receiving his J.D. from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law.

Eddie Bagnell's practice focuses on civil litigation, including business torts, commercial litigation, real estate disputes, eminent domain, construction, employment, insurance coverage and defense, and estate litigation. His experience includes trials and appeals in state and federal courts throughout Virginia. Eddie graduated from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law in 2007 and joined Spotts Fain in 2008.
